Welcome to the "Spirit of Lindy" Association site.
In spite of our English name, we are a group of French swing dancers. Most of us live in or around Paris and have danced together for several years. We now want to communicate our passion to others, so we have formed an association providing classes, demonstrations and workshops. Swing dances of the 1920s to 1940s, Lindy Hop, Shag and Balboa, are our main focus.
If you are planning to come to Paris and want to discover places to dance, have lessons or just share your passion, please let us know
We will give you a warm welcome and be happy to help you with your stay.
If you are an experienced dancer and want to teach us your style, you are more than welcome !
Anyway, we hope that you will find some useful information on this site (unfortunately only in French for the moment).
